Tasks
- Design, organisation, and delivery of training focusing on sales, CRM, communication, time and self-management for various target groups – from new salespeople to shop staff and managers
- Practical coaching and support of salespeople during customer visits or in the Würth shop to sustainably promote their professional and personal development
- Development and further development of modern learning offerings in collaboration with the personnel development team, using blended learning, e-learnings, webinars, and learning videos
- Analysis of learning and development needs as well as design of target group-appropriate training and development programmes
- Creation of training materials, presentations, and trainer guides
- Participation in strategic projects of personnel and organisational development
Requirements
- Advanced training with a focus on sales, personnel management, business administration, or a comparable field
- SVEB certification or willingness to obtain it
- Several years of experience as a trainer or personnel developer, ideally in a sales-related environment
Experience in designing and delivering modern learning and further education offerings
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form; French skills are an advantage
- Strong communication, moderation, and coaching skills as well as a good sense for different target groups
- Independent, structured, and customer-oriented working style, combined with creativity and enthusiasm for designing new learning and development formats
- Entrepreneurial thinking, high personal responsibility, and strong implementation skills
- Proven methodological-didactic and conceptual abilities in practice
- Willingness to travel 40% (within Switzerland), driving licence category B
