Nursing Service Management at Kirchhofplatz Retirement Home

In this exciting role

• you will take on the professional, personnel, and organisational management of the nursing department with around 100 employees.
• you will steer the strategic development of the nursing department at Kirchhofplatz Retirement Home together with the service managers and centre management.
• you will continuously coordinate care quality in close collaboration with the ward managers as well as in a joint leadership team (Shared Governance) with the nursing expert and the training officer.
• you will actively work on future-oriented care concepts, new care models, and innovative processes.
• you will ensure the professional implementation of the nursing process as well as resource- and resident-oriented care.
• you will be responsible for nursing and quality controlling, reporting, and compliance with legal requirements.
• you will support the nursing leadership in personnel development, recruitment, and employee retention.
• you will deepen interdisciplinary collaboration with other professional groups, specialist offices, and external partners.
• you will actively and communicatively accompany change processes as a role model.

You will be successful here

• thanks to your training as a qualified nurse HF/FH and further advanced training in management or leadership.
• because you bring several years of leadership experience in nursing - ideally in long-term care.
• because, in addition to experience in long-term care, you also know and appreciate the diverse aspects of a transitional care unit.
• because people and opportunities are your priority.
• due to your strategic thinking, solution-oriented working style, and your eye for quality and efficiency.
• thanks to your high social competence, communication skills, and confident appearance.
• because you shape change processes with expertise and sensitivity and are enthusiastic about modern nursing.
• with your confident use of IT-supported nursing systems and your knowledge of interRAI LTCF and electronic nursing documentation.
