About the job
If you are passionate about excellent customer service and interested in our product world, then become part of our team and support our end customers and craftsmen in answering their questions and finding suitable solutions for their concerns!
Your tasks:
You are responsible for the quick and correct processing of customer service requests – from order acceptance through recording to billing. Your fluent German and French skills help you in handling the requests.
You communicate independently and on equal terms, receive orders by phone, chat or e-mail via our ticket system and process requests from our web form.
You assist customers by providing explanations and instructions to carry out the necessary service on our products themselves if possible. If the deployment of a customer service technician or one of our craft partners is required, you record the order in SAP, order the necessary materials and clarify any open questions with the responsible technician or partner if necessary.
For inquiries or more extensive orders, you prepare a corresponding offer for the customers in advance.
You complete all necessary follow-up actions of a customer service deployment including invoice and credit note creation in SAP.
You actively participate in projects and process improvements and work together with your team to ensure continuous improvements in customer service.
To quickly meet customer needs, you work closely with various interfaces from product technology, internal and external sales as well as logistics if necessary.
What you bring with you:
A successfully completed training (preferably with a technical, dialogue-oriented or commercial focus)
Professional experience in a similar position is an advantage (technical support, customer service, consulting)
High IT affinity and technical interest
Good MS Office user skills, SAP knowledge is an advantage
A communicative, open personality with a competent appearance and high team spirit
Fluent German and French skills are necessary, good English and Italian skills are a plus
