As an HR Business Partner, you will provide comprehensive support to the departments under your responsibility and be actively involved in cross-functional HR projects. In addition, you will oversee the area of personnel development for the HOLY FASHION GROUP.

Your responsibilities:

• Advising and supporting managers on all HR-related matters
• Implementing the HR strategy within your assigned business unit
• Acting as a sparring partner for management and leaders on leadership and team-related issues
• Personnel planning in collaboration with the specialist departments
• Conducting recruitment processes, selection decisions and onboarding
• Supporting performance reviews and addressing employment law issues
• Identifying development needs and devising appropriate measures
• Analysing HR metrics and deriving recommendations for action
• Ensuring compliance with employment law requirements, internal guidelines and processes
• Supporting remuneration, promotion and succession processes
• Contributing to HR projects and the continuous optimisation of HR processes

Requirements:

• an excellent degree in economics or law
• several years’ experience in modern HR management
• strong interpersonal skills
• very good English language skills and IT skills
• ideally, industry knowledge
