As an HR Business Partner, you will provide comprehensive support to the departments under your responsibility and be actively involved in cross-functional HR projects. In addition, you will oversee the area of personnel development for the HOLY FASHION GROUP.
Your responsibilities:
- Advising and supporting of managers on all HR-related matters
- Implementation of the HR strategy within the assigned business uni
- Acting as a sparring partner for management and leaders on leadership and team-related issues
- Personnel planning in collaboration with the specialist departments
- Conducting of recruitment processes, selection decisions and onboarding
- Support of performance reviews and handling of employment law issues
- Identification of development needs and development of appropriate measures
- Analysis of HR metrics and derivation of recommendations for action
- Ensuring compliance with employment law requirements, internal guidelines and processes
- Support of remuneration, promotion and succession processes
- Contribution to HR projects and continuous optimisation of HR processes
Requirements:
- an excellent degree in economics or law
- several years’ experience in modern HR management
- strong interpersonal skills
- very good English language skills and IT skills
- ideally, industry knowledge
