Head Software Consulting

Your main tasks

• You are responsible for the acquisition, management, and organization of the Business Unit Software Consulting
• You maintain a network of relationships, acquire new customers, and support existing clients
• You prepare offers for software consulting services and present them to customers
• Your technical expertise and your assessment of customer requirements are decisive
• You can make important decisions and solve upcoming problems
• You are able to recognize new trends and continuously improve internal processes
• You support your team and promote our contemporary corporate culture
• You are ready to actively participate in customer projects if needed

Your profile

• You have a Master/Bachelor in Computer Science or a similar education
• You have solid experience in software technologies
• You are familiar with common market software and testing tools (GitLab, Sonar, Jira, etc.)
• Cloud and container experience (Docker, Kubernetes) is an advantage
• You have good communication and presentation skills, a positive attitude towards life, and work solution-oriented
• You have strong leadership qualities and great persuasiveness
• You have a high level of commitment, are reliable, and gladly take on responsibility
• You have good German and English skills
