Product Specialist – Sales (80–100 %)

You are passionate about strong brands, know the needs of event, theatre and event technology, and want to actively help shape things? Then you are exactly right at Limelight Distribution AG!

As a Product Specialist Sales, you are responsible for selling the entire range and are the face to the customer (on-site and digital). You look after existing customers, passionately introduce your products to the Swiss market and creatively win new customers. At the same time, as a product expert, you keep an overview of the range, positioning and internal logistics processes.

Your area of responsibility

You sell with passion:

• You look after and develop existing customer relationships – on-site, by phone and email.
• You proactively search for new leads, segments and sales opportunities.
• You prepare offers, accompany sales processes through to completion and are responsible for turnover and margin.

You are the product expert:

• You analyse market and customer needs and conduct competitor comparisons.
• You develop sales arguments and marketing activities for our products.
• You conduct product training, workshops and presentations at customers’ premises.
• You accompany product launches and are actively present at trade fairs and events.

You bring your brands to the point:

• You maintain master data in the ERP system and ensure smooth product availability.
• You are responsible for content & appearance in the webshop and on social media.
• You coordinate the entire product lifecycle – from launch to delisting – in close cooperation with our suppliers.

In a still small team, everyone pitches in where needed. For this reason, you can expect a varied working day where you may also help to store a delivery of materials or prepare packages for shipping.

Your profile

• Completed commercial or technical training
• Experience in event, theatre or event technology
• Enthusiasm for sales, customer contact and technology
• Entrepreneurial thinking, independence and organisational talent
• Strong communication skills – you can inspire, sell and advise
• Very good German skills, solid English, French is a plus
• Driving licence category B
