To support our retail stores in Western Switzerland (Master Franchise Partner Switzerland), we are looking for a committed and entrepreneurial-minded individual with good French skills to strengthen our team.

Clerk in Finance & Human Resources at 40% and 80% Workload

Your area of responsibility:

• Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Responsible for financial accounting according to Swiss Code of Obligations and assisting in the preparation of interim and annual financial statements
• Preparing VAT returns
• Reconciling and posting cash settlements
• Managing payroll accounting / personnel administration
• Supporting management and HR
• Preparing various statistics & reporting to management
• General administrative and organisational tasks

Your profile:

• Completed commercial apprenticeship with federal certificate of proficiency (EFZ)
• Professional experience in financial accounting and further training in accounting
• Business management knowledge
• Excellent French skills (native level preferred) as well as good German skills in spoken and written form
• Solid Office skills and IT affinity
• Open, networked thinking and innovative personality
