Your Tasks

• You create a safe and pleasant environment for our patients together with your team colleagues
• Through competence and successful relationship building, you contribute to a high level of patient satisfaction
• With your professional, appreciative manner and your constructive, critical thinking approach, you actively contribute to the further development of our structures and processes
• In this demanding and exciting role, you take on the role of nursing key worker and care for people with addiction disorders and comorbidities both in acute crises and up to rehabilitation
• You are responsible for the nursing process and actively participate in the interprofessional treatment of patients
• You take on complex nursing situations, lead discussion rounds as well as patient groups within the framework of the socio-milieu therapeutic offer according to Recovery, Safewards and motivational interviewing

Your Profile

• You have completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH
• Ideally, you bring professional experience in the field of psychiatry
• You think goal- and result-oriented, work patient-centred and have a high level of social competence
• You are interested in the entire spectrum of adult psychiatry, especially patients with an addiction disorder
• You convince with your open, constructive communication and consider interprofessional collaboration a matter of course.
