The main production site is in Krauchenwies. Our customer base from retail and trading groups benefits from our unique expertise in shopfitting and warehouse technology with continuously adapted development to growing market needs.Your tasks:
- Overall responsibility for the planning, implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure
- Leadership and further development of the ICT team
- Ensuring IT security and data protection compliance
- Implementation and monitoring of IT projects to support corporate goals
- Collaboration with other departments to identify and implement IT-supported process optimizations
- Development and implementation of ICT strategies in line with corporate objectives
- Ensuring smooth operation of network systems and communication platforms
- Support and further development of ERP systems and other central applications
- Contact person for external IT service providers and suppliers
Your profile:
- Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in a leadership role in the IT sector, preferably in a manufacturing company
- Sound knowledge of IT infrastructure, network technologies, and IT security standards
- Experience in leading and developing teams
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- High degree of initiative, communication skills, and assertiveness
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
