- Contact person for external archiving service providers as well as internal support for external storage options including physical archiving
- Recording and processing of archiving requests as well as other documentation and updating of the archiving status
- Support for users in the storage, retention, and retrieval of physical records
- Coordination of outsourcing projects in the area of external storage
- Ensuring the lending and return process for locally and externally stored records including reminders for overdue deadlines and escalations
- Archiving of new documents as well as dispatch for external storage according to specifications
- Monitoring of climate logging and compliance with safety regulations
- Administration and first-level support of the inventory system for physical archiving (UnIS)
- Regular data quality checks and data reconciliations as well as support with storage in/out and disposals
- Compliance with standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements
Profile
- Completed vocational training (EFZ)
- Very good German skills as well as English skills at B2 level
- Basic knowledge of IT applications (Windows, web-based applications, Microsoft Office; ideally also Google applications)
- Technical affinity and confident handling of digital systems
- Structured and reliable working method
- High attention to detail and care
