These tasks await you:

Overall responsibility for the IT department of the Noventa Group

Design of the strategic direction as well as selection and use of competitive technologies

Analysis of business processes and implementation of suitable IT solutions

Support and further development of ERP systems as well as responsibility for application management

Ensuring smooth IT operations through proactive monitoring, error analysis, and troubleshooting

Development and implementation of IT security policies and measures

Management and supervision of external IT service providers and partners

Active participation in daily business, including deputizing within the IT team

What distinguishes you:

Completed vocational training, supplemented by higher professional education (HF, FH, University) in the field of computer science

Several years of experience in a comparable role with complex processes and system landscapes

High sense of responsibility, strong communication skills, and a structured way of working

Team orientation combined with a hands-on mentality and quick comprehension

Fluent German and English skills
