Healthcare Site Manager (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Responsibility for the successful operational, qualitative and financial management of a hospital contract
• First point of contact for the client on site as well as responsible for client meetings, inspections and complaint management
• Management of approximately 4 directly reporting employees and overall responsibility for around 60 cleaning specialists, as well as responsible for recruiting skilled personnel
• Ensuring efficient, high-quality service delivery through regular quality and hygiene checks and targeted management of employees, processes and resources
• Responsibility for compliance with the prescribed working hours of employees as well as material costs
• Responsibility for monthly financial statements and site-related controlling tasks
• Responsibility for planning, managing and continuously optimising all operational processes in collaboration with various interfaces
• Use of modern digital planning tools and quality systems to manage resources, services and quality controls

Your Profile

• Completed training in facility management, housekeeping, hospitality or cleaning with relevant further education advantageous
• Professional experience in healthcare, ideally in a hospital or a comparable service-oriented organisation
• Several years of experience in an operational leadership role with personnel, quality and customer responsibility
• Sound knowledge in planning, managing and optimising operational processes
• Very good understanding of economic contexts as well as experience in managing personnel hours, material costs and relevant key figures
• Personable, communicative and solution-oriented personality with a strong sense of organisation and coordination
• Structured and solution-oriented working style with high service orientation and independence
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• MS Office user skills
