What you will do:

• You design scalable and secure software solutions that meet technical and business requirements.
• You lead the implementation of complex projects from concept to delivery, ensuring adherence to schedules and client requirements.
• You oversee the entire software lifecycle – from architecture through development to deployment.
• You work closely with developers, product managers, and QA teams to ensure smooth processes.
• You utilize cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and implement CI/CD pipelines.
• You deploy data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks) and visualization tools (Grafana, Power BI, Tableau) to support analytics.
• You act as the interface between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment of technology and business requirements.
  
  

What you bring:

• You have at least 10 years of experience in software architecture and leading large-scale projects.
• You possess solid knowledge of modern technology stacks (Java, Python, .NET, Node.js) as well as frontend frameworks like React and Angular.
• You are experienced in developing scalable and resilient systems using containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• You have practical experience with data and analytics platforms.
• You bring excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills and can successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Your analytical and technical skills are outstanding, and you communicate confidently with stakeholders from business and IT.
• You are fluent in German and English (at least C1 level); French is a plus.
• You are a strong team player who can also work independently and values transparent communication as well as an open feedback culture.
• You have a passion for new technologies, enjoy diverse challenges, and appreciate personal interaction with clients.
• You are willing to occasionally visit clients on-site.
