Your tasks
- Responsibility for the operation and further development of the assigned specialist and operational applications
- Recording, analysing and prioritising requirements as well as coordinating changes, releases and application updates
- Ensuring availability, performance, security and data integrity of the applications
- Analysing and coordinating incidents and problems as well as supporting the service desk in 1st and 2nd level support
- Monitoring service levels (SLA/KPI) and maintaining application documentation and CMDB
- Close collaboration with specialist departments, IT teams, service providers and suppliers to ensure smooth operations
- Participation in IT projects and support in the introduction and further development of digital solutions
- Planning and coordination of maintenance, migrations and training
Your profile
- Completed training in the ICT field with further education at HF/FH level in computer science, business informatics or a comparable discipline
- Several years of experience in application management, application support or IT service management, ideally in a mission-critical environment
- Sound knowledge of ITIL processes as well as experience in incident, problem, change and release management
- Good knowledge of modern Microsoft technologies (Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure) and a strong understanding of application and system landscapes
- Experience in IT and digitalisation projects as well as collaboration with internal specialist departments, external service providers and software suppliers
- Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working style as well as high personal responsibility and service orientation
- Strong communication and assertiveness skills, team orientation and organisational talent
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
- ITIL Foundation, project management knowledge and experience in support environment are advantageous
