Our client is a renowned Swiss university focusing on education, research, and development in the field of special and remedial education. Responsibilities:
The independent processing of payroll and fee accounting, including all related pre- and post-payroll processes, is part of your responsibilities.
You take care of withholding tax, social security, and annual declarations, perform closing tasks, and ensure timely ELM submission.
For monthly and annual financial statements, you work closely with the financial accounting department and support payroll and social security audits.
Employees, supervisors, and external contacts rely on your expert support in payroll, tax, and social security matters.
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or an equivalent qualification.
Your several years of practical experience in independent Swiss payroll processing enable you to handle complex payroll topics confidently.
You bring sound knowledge of Swiss social security, labour, and tax law as well as a strong numerical understanding.
You are proficient in Abacus and MS Office/Excel at a high level.
Fluent written and spoken German.
