A high-performing sales department needs reliable support. Our sales support team ensures that quotations are prepared, contract documents checked, and internal processes efficiently coordinated – service-oriented, reliable and with attention to detail.

Your area of responsibility

• You support our customers and brokers by phone and in writing with questions about occupational pension schemes
• You independently and punctually prepare quotations for various regions
• You check contract and application documents for completeness, accuracy and plausibility
• You take on a variety of administrative tasks in broker support and work closely with internal and external parties
• As a floater, you flexibly support the team during bottlenecks and peak workloads and act as a deputy
• You actively contribute to projects as well as special and additional tasks

Your profile

• Commercial basic training
• Sound knowledge of occupational pension schemes is a prerequisite for this role
• Several years of experience in customer support, ideally in the insurance or pension environment
• Very good German skills and good English skills, Italian a great plus
• Confident handling of MS Office and digital tools
• Independent, careful and structured way of working
• Strong customer and service orientation as well as enjoyment of teamwork
