For an internationally active industrial company with locations in the German and Western Switzerland regions, I am looking for a committed, service-oriented and entrepreneurial-minded individual as an HR Business Partner (100%). In this role, you will act as a competent sparring partner for managers and employees and actively shape the multilingual organisation.
HR Business Partner (100%) – German / French / English - [A016191]
Your Tasks
- Support and advise managers and employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle
- Contact person for labour law, personnel-related and organisational issues
- Support managers in the areas of performance management, personnel development and talent management
- Accompany recruitment processes for specialists and managers
- Conduct employee interviews, conflict resolution and organisational changes
- Consultation and support in change management projects
- Implementation and further development of HR processes, policies and standards
- Participation in strategic and operational HR projects
- Analysis of relevant HR key figures and derivation of appropriate measures
- Close cooperation with payroll, HR administration and specialist departments
Your Profile
- Completed studies or further training in human resources, business administration or comparable
- Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable HR generalist function
- Sound knowledge of Swiss labour law OR
- Experience in advising managers at various hierarchical levels
- High social competence, communication skills and consulting competence
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
- Entrepreneurial thinking as well as high service orientation
- Confident handling of modern HR systems and MS Office
- Fluent in German, French, English
