What to expect

• Checking and processing claims as well as recognising irregularities and initiating measures
• Regular telephone communication with insured persons
• Collaboration with the KTG/UVG support team, internal specialist management, service providers, IV offices, case management, employees from the Customer & Market business area, etc.
• Accompanying and supporting business consultants during customer visits as well as conducting case discussions on site with major customers

What you bring

• Commercial training or paramedical vocational training with commercial further education
• At least 1-2 years of professional experience in the field of daily sickness allowance (KTG) as well as practical experience in benefits customer service or in the medical field
• Health insurance and/or social insurance specialist certificate is an advantage
• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form, French and/or Italian is an advantage
• Quick comprehension, interconnected thinking as well as reliable and independent working style
