To strengthen our team, we are looking for an analytically minded, structured and reliable person who enjoys working with numbers, data and precise work.

Your tasks

• Order confirmations: You check and record the order confirmations from our suppliers and compare them with the corresponding orders. You identify discrepancies in prices, quantities, dates or items and clarify them with the responsible departments.
• Process optimisation: You actively contribute to gradually reducing and further developing the manual effort involved in checking order confirmations.
• System maintenance: You record and manage data in our PIM system XcalibuR, Furnplan as well as in our ERP system SHD-Ecoro.
• Interface function: You work closely with purchasing, manufacturers and other departments in order management and help ensure that all parties work with correct and up-to-date data.
• Product Lifecycle Management: You support the management and updating of product-related information throughout the entire product lifecycle.

Your profile

• Completed commercial training (KV or equivalent)
• Experience in master data management, order management or a comparable administrative function is an advantage
• Strong analytical thinking skills as well as a careful and structured way of working
• Enjoy working with numbers, data and systems as well as a strong quality awareness
• Very good MS Excel skills and confident handling of MS Office
• Good comprehension and the ability to recognise connections and detect inconsistencies
• Excellent German skills, both spoken and written
• Independent, structured and team-oriented personality
