a school social worker (60-70% annual working time)

Your tasks

• Individual counselling and support for pupils, guardians, and internal school professionals in one or two primary school centres including kindergarten

• Planning and implementation of group and class-related prevention offers, activities, and interventions to promote social cohesion

• Close cooperation with external partners and targeted referral of cases to specialised agencies to ensure optimal support

Your profile

• Degree from a university of applied sciences in social work

• Strong counselling skills for different target groups, combined with an empathetic and solution-oriented approach

• Excellent mediation and moderation skills, especially in group work

• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration in a committed team

• High resilience and assertiveness, even in demanding situations

• Independent and structured working style

• Good administrative skills and proficient use of IT applications
