Are you an analytically strong leader with a passion for security issues and able to maintain an overview even in extraordinary situations? Then you will be responsible for the integral situation picture "Security Canton Bern" with us and lead the situation network in a committed, interdisciplinary environment.
Your tasks
- Responsibility for creating an integral and complete situation picture "Security Canton Bern"
- Ensuring constant situation monitoring and reporting to the strategic and operational management level
- Leading the situation network in everyday police work, in extraordinary situations and in disasters as well as emergencies
- Additionally leading the specialist area "Service Dogs" in strategic topics
- Responsibility for corporate risk management and business continuity management as well as other topics
- Representing the Canton Police Bern in various cantonal and national committees
Your profile
- Many years of experience in crisis management or interest in corresponding training
- Leadership experience, pronounced analytical and very good communication skills are essential
- Commitment, quick comprehension, conceptual strengths and a confident appearance complete your profile
- Engagement, eagerness to learn and innovativeness with corresponding experience in the field of "Situation Presentation"
- Willingness to attend further training courses at home and abroad
