You play an important role within the newly established team. Your specific knowledge allows you to manage the costs of measures accurately, efficiently and understandably. You work in a meaningful context and, together with the rest of the team, make an essential contribution to the field of child and adult protection.
Your tasks
- Ensuring effective, legally compliant and economical processing of all measure costs of the various APEA
- Checking cost lists, managing cost coverage guarantees, monitoring deadlines and financial flows
- Calculating, billing and collecting cost contributions, monitoring the preparation of legal proceedings in the field of child protection
- Checking, accounting for and processing debtor and creditor invoices, sending reminders
- Managing client accounting, preparing control lists and payments to clients and foster parents
Your profile
- Basic commercial training or equivalent diploma
- Professional experience in a related field, ideally within public administration
- Federal diploma as a specialist in finance and accounting or social insurance specialist: an advantage
- Good knowledge of accounting and financial reporting and excellent knowledge of social insurance law
- Good oral and written expression in French and German
- Organised, reliable and precise work
