Customer Service Employee 60 - 80% (m/f/d)
What you will accomplish
- Creation of subscription contracts and commissioning documents for new customers
- Processing various changes, ownership transfers and cancellations for existing customers and distributing the corresponding documents to the relevant services
- Creation of delivery documents and configuration files for terminals
- Billing of subscription fees and one-off charges
- Providing assistance and advice for enquiries from customers and distribution partners
What you bring
- Basic commercial training completed with a Federal VET Diploma (CFC)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, knowledge of Abacus is an advantage
- Several years of commercial experience in customer service, ideally in a technical environment
- Very good written and oral communication skills in French (native language) and German
- Ability to quickly understand complex situations
- Technical affinity as well as a strong sense of service and customer relations
- High degree of autonomy and sense of responsibility, with team spirit and a positive attitude
