Your area of responsibility

• Ensuring the smooth operation of applications (Infor LN, OpenText StreamServe, Kendox)
• 1st and 2nd level support for departments
• Analysis and resolution of malfunctions as well as coordination of external partners (3rd level)
• Maintenance and further development of support documentation
• Responsibility for customising and configuring the systems
• Ensuring releases, updates, and changes (including testing and documentation)
• Analysis of existing business processes together with the departments
• Identification and implementation of optimisation potentials
• Development and introduction of new processes
• Participation in or management of IT and business projects
• Coordination of internal and external project participants
• Training of internal employees (Infor LN, OpenText StreamServe, Kendox)
• Ensuring compliance with and enforcement of IT guidelines

Your profile

• Completed basic training (apprenticeship or equivalent)
• Completed or ongoing further education in business administration, computer science, business informatics, or process management (e.g. SGO certificate/diploma, BP, HFP, CAS, DAS or HF)
• German language skills in spoken and written form (at least level C1), English language skills in spoken and written form (at least level B2)
• Independent, structured working style combined with strong communication skills and assertiveness
• Great openness, willingness to learn, and perseverance to familiarise yourself with new topics and acquire specialised knowledge purposefully

Desirable are also:

• Experience in ERP/CCM/DMS environment, ideally Infor LN, OpenText and Kendox
• Experience in project participation or project management
• Understanding of business processes in production, sales, purchasing, finance, and logistics
• Basic knowledge in the area of interfaces, databases, and system integrations
