We are looking for a
School Social Worker 45%
for a primary school building starting August 17, 2026. Since you will work exclusively during the official school weeks, a 45% workload spread over 3 working days corresponds to the school week. The introduction would already take place in June.
These are your tasks
The focus is on low-threshold counseling work in individual, group, and class settings as well as supporting students, their parents, and teachers at the primary level. In crises and conflicts, you conduct interventions in classes and groups.
What we expect from you
Have you been interested in school social work for some time? Do you have several years of professional experience working with children as well as counseling children and adolescents and are looking for new opportunities to shape your work? Is a multicultural and open school with sensitive topics such as child protection, prevention, and project development also on your wish list? For this varied and interesting task, you bring a degree in social work at the university of applied sciences level and several years of professional experience in school social work or youth and family assistance. You have competencies in child protection, prevention, and crisis intervention. Ideally, you already have a CAS in school social work or are willing to complete this training.
