The core business includes innovative solutions for fibre optic and multimedia cabling, high-performance networks, USB charging sockets and power outlets, intercom systems, as well as building automation with KNX.

In these interesting segments, we are looking for a

Clerk in Technical Customer Service (80-100%) to start immediately or by arrangement.

To strengthen our team in Hägendorf, we are seeking a committed individual who enjoys customer contact and supports sales with communication skills and reliability. In this position, you will take on an important interface role between our customers and internal order processing.

Your main tasks:

• Processing orders via online shop, email, telephone
• Creating quotations, deliveries and invoices
• Clarifications and handling of customer concerns
• Support in planning and implementation of projects
• Customer-related master data maintenance
• Creating and coordinating production orders for manufacturing

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training or similar
• Professional experience in an industrial environment
• Very good German and MS Office skills, SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Team-oriented, assertive and resilient personality
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in customer consulting
