With our seminar hotel Romerohaus, we offer, in addition to 16 rooms, a complete seminar infrastructure for 10 to 150 people. The offer is complemented by a corresponding catering service. In addition, we offer workplaces for around 30 people in this house and implement work and training places with appropriate content for employees with a psychological impairment.
To support our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a Receptionist 60% (m/f/d) You look forward to the following tasks

• Support in the promotion, leadership, accompaniment and guidance of our apprentices and employees with a performance impairment
• Independent execution of tasks in the area of administration / reception and seminars as well as assistance with other tasks of a hotel and catering operation if required
• Ensuring the well-being and care of our seminar and hotel guests, together with a team consisting of professionals and employees (clients)

With this profile, you are exactly right with us

• Experience at the reception in the hotel industry is mandatory
• Professional basic training (EFZ or equivalent) is an advantage
• Enjoy planning and organising our seminars and banquets
• Flexible work assignments on weekends or occasionally in the evening
• Very good PC user skills (MS Office, Protel, booking.com)
• Good oral and written expression in German and English
