The St-Camille Association assists physically disabled adults by providing them with care facilities and workshop employment opportunities. It is headquartered in Marly with a second site in Villars-sur-Glâne.
For our "Packaging" Workshop, we are hiring a 100% socioprofessional supervisor.
Your tasks:
- You support people with disabilities to promote their professional autonomy.
- You organize and supervise the workshop activities and ensure the follow-up and development of orders and client contacts.
- You are an integral part of a management team composed of about 7 people and also work closely with other departments.
Desired profile:
- Holder of a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in the technical or industrial field, you have excellent manual, organizational, development, and pedagogical skills.
- Able to work in a team, you have ease in human relations as well as a good sense of responsibility and collaboration.
- Pragmatic and dynamic personality, you show empathy and possess a high professional conscience.
- MSP training is an additional asset.
