Secondary School Teachers mbA Biology 160%

The Cantonal School Zurich North offers a long and a short gymnasium with all profiles offered in the Canton of Zurich and the bilingual maturity diplomas German/English and German/French as well as a specialized secondary school. It has around 2,200 students, 300 teachers, 50 staff members of the Central Services, and eight school leaders who contribute to the successful functioning of the school day. Since this school year, the KZN has been located on the Irchel campus.

Your Tasks

Starting from the autumn semester 2026/27, positions as secondary school teachers with special tasks are to be filled at the KZN:

Biology (160%)

Part-time positions are possible, the minimum workload is 60%.

Your Profile

You have a completed university degree in the subject area as well as the teaching diploma for maturity schools or an equivalent professional and pedagogical training. You bring sufficient teaching experience at the gymnasium level and are motivated to take on additional tasks as a secondary school teacher mbA within the framework of class and school management. It is an advantage if you have completed the additional training for immersion German/English.
