Your tasks

You welcome and advise guests in a friendly and competent manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience. You take on an active host role in daily business and enjoy working directly with customers. You lead and support your team in everyday work and exemplify appreciative collaboration. You are responsible for ordering and ensure an appealing product presentation. You create work and deployment schedules and coordinate daily operations. You plan sales activities and implement ideas to promote sales.

Your profile

You are motivated, customer-oriented, and inspire others with your positive attitude. You have completed training in sales or hospitality; experience in fresh products is an advantage. You bring leadership experience from a comparable role and know how to support and motivate employees. You work independently, reliably, and solution-oriented, and are flexible in daily business. You are open to professional development and wish to advance your career.
