To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and motivated Concierge Member (m/f/d) to start by arrangement.

Your Responsibilities

• First impression / welcoming guests
• Managing the cloakroom at reception
• Operating the telephone switchboard in German and English
• Processing and forwarding customer enquiries
• Participating in the daily meeting / information about specials / VIPs
• Responsible for triaging emails in DE / EN
• Accepting and processing reservations
• Seating guests
• General administrative / concierge tasks: providing information & info point
• Customer tours
• Processing newsletter files and maintaining the customer database
• Active participation in regular team meetings
• Assisting in maintaining order and cleanliness in own area
• Assisting in the club (supporting service as needed, setting tables, MEP, etc.)
• Fluent German is a prerequisite

What We Are Looking For

For this role, we are looking for a personality who enjoys working with people and can keep an overview even with different concerns.

• Experience in personal customer service, reception, hospitality, gastronomy or a comparable service environment in the upscale segment.
• Strong communication skills to convey information clearly, kindly and appropriately to the situation.
• Strong organisational skills to reliably coordinate multiple enquiries, reservations and tasks.
• Pronounced service orientation and solution-focused action to professionally handle individual concerns.
• Discretion and responsibility in dealing with personal information and exclusive customer relationships.
• Team spirit, flexibility and a confident appearance in a lively club and event environment.
• Good digital user skills to carefully manage customer data, reservations and internal information.
