Your Tasks

Professional and personnel management of a residential area, where 27 residents are cared for.
Ensuring and monitoring the care processes to guarantee the best possible care for the residents entrusted to us.
Role model in everyday work by inspiring your team and motivating them to achieve peak performance.
Coordination and organization of daily care based on the care concept to ensure a smooth process.
Ensuring a transparent and effective flow of information between residents, their relatives, and the care team.
With your leadership strength and empathy, you significantly contribute to ensuring that both residents and staff feel comfortable in a respectful and professional environment.

What You Bring

You have completed training as a qualified nursing professional at the tertiary level.
Ideally, you bring leadership experience in a comparable position, complemented by relevant further training.
Your interest in the further development of care and the continuous improvement of care quality distinguishes you.
Organizational talent and solid PC skills are among your strengths.
Preferably, you have already gained experience with PEP and RAI systems.
Your German language skills, both spoken and written, are excellent, allowing for clear and precise communication.
It is particularly important to us that you enjoy actively participating in the daily care of our residents according to a kinesthetic approach.
Your commitment and passion for care make you a valuable asset to our team.
