Vocational Training Coordinator (m/f/d) 80 – 100%

This is how you advance the bvz:

As the lead organisation, bvz assumes overall responsibility for the training of apprentices. In this context, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Selection, management, advice and support of apprentices in commercial and other professions, including the associated administrative tasks
• Advice, support and coordination of partner training companies
• Acquisition of apprenticeships / cross-industry networking activities
• Collaboration with the Secondary School and Vocational Training Office, inter-company training centres, vocational schools and professional associations
• Training for apprentices and practical trainers on various training topics
• Project work (e.g. reform projects)

This is why you are successful:

To thrive in this versatile role and actively contribute to our team, we are looking for a loyal, honest individual with solid experience as a vocational trainer – ideally with an SVEB certificate or comparable further training.

You bring in-depth know-how in the commercial sector of the D&A industry, are familiar with the practical implementation of the 2023 KV reform, and are interested in familiarising yourself with other professional groups (e.g. in the technical field) as part of the five-member team of education coordinators.

What matters to us: You enjoy working with young people, have empathy and sensitivity, and accompany them with heart and mind on their journey. For the development and maintenance of our partner training companies, you need negotiation skills, a confident manner, and a good sense for different interests and industries. Even in a hectic environment, you remain structured, solution-oriented and composed. You work confidently with common IT applications and are open to new technologies such as AI, which will support and shape our tasks in the future.

Entrepreneurial thinking and impeccable German are prerequisites. And last but not least: you are flexible, reliable – and ideally also have a sense of humour and enjoy administrative tasks.

Since 1999, we have been passionately committed to training the specialists of tomorrow. With around 20 employees and in cooperation with over 150 partner training companies, we currently support 160 apprentices in more than 30 exciting apprenticeships on their way into professional life.
