For our Aarau or Muri location we are looking for a committed and responsible person from 1 January 2027 or by arrangement as
Mandate Manager 80 - 100% (m/f/d)
Your tasks include:
- Comprehensive advice and support of our customer portfolio
- Expansion of existing customer relationships
- Acquisition of new corporate clients
- Discussion of offer comparisons
- Preparation and implementation of risk analyses, presentations and contract optimisations
- Support of customers in complex claims cases
- Project-related support of customers (construction site, assembly, transport insurances etc.)
You bring with you:
- Insurance specialist with a federal diploma, registered insurance intermediary VBV or an equivalent qualification (registration with FINMA is required)
- Proven expertise and experience in brokerage
- Independent working style as well as good organisational skills
- Convincing appearance, engaging personality and enjoyment of customer contact
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Customer orientation and pronounced service mentality
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form
- French and/or English skills are an advantage
