For our Muri location, we are looking for a committed and responsible person as of 1 January 2027 or by arrangement as

Sales Supporter 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

Your tasks include:

• Supporting the mandate management in insurance analyses in coordination with the specialist departments
• Organising and coordinating sales campaigns
• Preparation and follow-up of annual meetings and presentations
• Independently managing administrative tasks in the context of customer relationships and master data maintenance
• First-level support for customers with simple concerns and changes on our online platform
• Obtaining and preparing information and offers from our insurance partners in coordination with the mandate management
• Location-related tasks and branch responsibility for the location

You bring with you:

• Completed commercial training, preferably in the insurance industry
• Further training as an insurance specialist with a federal diploma or insurance intermediary certificate VBV (registration with FINMA is required)
• Professional experience in the insurance industry
• Good general knowledge in various insurance sectors
• High service orientation and enjoyment of teamwork
• Customer-oriented and independent working style
• Confident handling of Microsoft Office
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are a plus
