Process Engineer Plasma Etching & Sputtering 100% (m/f/d)

What you will achieve with us

• You develop, optimise and supervise plasma etching and sputtering processes
• You plan experiments, carry them out and evaluate the results
• You analyse process deviations and find sustainable solutions
• You work closely with production, engineering and external partners
• You test new technologies, methods and materials for their applicability
• You take responsibility in technology and investment projects and lead individual projects or sub-projects

What you bring with you

• You have completed a degree at a university of applied sciences, university or ETH in physics, materials science, electrical engineering or a comparable field
• You have basic knowledge of plasma physics and plasma chemistry
• Ideally, you have already dealt with plasma etching technologies such as RIE, ICP or CCP – for example during your studies, in projects or professionally
• You are interested in semiconductor manufacturing processes and cleanroom environments
• You communicate very well in German and well in English
• You approach questions analytically, look for solutions in a goal-oriented manner and enjoy learning new things

Just graduated?

Professional experience is not a requirement. Initial knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, cleanroom environments or optics is welcome but not essential.
