The Public Prosecutor's Office, with its 71 employees, is a functionally and materially independent body of criminal justice. It conducts criminal investigations against adults and juveniles in cases of crimes, misdemeanours and offences and is responsible for enforcing the state's criminal claims. The main office of the Public Prosecutor's Office is located in Chur. It has branches in Davos, Ilanz, Roveredo, Samedan and Thusis.
We are looking for a clerk for the Public Prosecutor's Office from 1 December 2026 or by arrangement.
Your area of responsibility
- Managing the registry of cases and processing personal data using our electronic case management system
- Creating case files and managing the pending cases control
- Participating in processing and completing all tasks arising in the office
- Performing deputising duties
What we expect from you
- Completed commercial basic training and professional experience
- An impeccable reputation
- Independence, reliability and efficiency as well as teamwork, discretion, flexibility and high resilience
- Very good command of the German language (written and spoken)
- Good knowledge of several cantonal languages is an advantage
- Confident use of common IT tools
- Additional language skills
