Innovation Coordinator R&D (80-100 %)
MAIN TASKS
Innovation & Development Support
- Maintenance, further development, and administration of the innovation pipeline
- Structuring and documentation of innovation and development topics
- Conducting technology, trend, and benchmark-related analyses as a basis for innovation projects.
- Coordination of contacts with professional associations, institutes, and external partners
- Preparation of decision-making bases, prioritisation proposals, and scenarios for the Head of R&D
- Creation of project updates, status overviews, and decision documents
- Standardised reporting for internal decision-making processes
Follow-up of defined measures and milestones
Project Management of Innovation & Development Projects
- Coordination of innovation and development projects according to the product development process
- Planning, structuring, and tracking of work packages, milestones, and responsibilities
- Ensuring the complete processing of all open points according to the product development process
Creation of project status reports and decision-making bases
Data & Documentation Management
- Maintenance, structuring, and preparation of technical project, formulation, and test data
- Support in the preparation of decision-making bases and status overviews
Ensuring traceable documentation within ongoing innovation and development projects
Product & Process Support
- Coordination and documentation of product registrations
- Ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and processes
- Preparation of certification documents
- Organisation and maintenance of inventory and data structures
- Assistance with budget preparations and scenarios
REQUIREMENTS
- Completed technical or scientific education (FH / ETH / University) with a clear reference to the construction industry (e.g. construction materials engineering, civil engineering, materials science, process engineering, chemistry with a focus on construction materials)
- Several years of practical experience in the field:
- Cement, lime, plaster and mortar systems or comparable mineral building materials
- Innovation, product management, development or project coordination
- Solid experience with:
- Formulations and raw materials in the cement/plaster/mortar environment
- Experimental and development work
- Interfaces to application technology, production, and quality
- Understanding of mineral building material systems and their practical application
- Very structured, analytical, and independent working style
- Ability to prepare complex technical content appropriately for the target audience
- Experience in coordination, documentation, and decision preparation
- Experience in technical project management of interdisciplinary development projects is an advantage
- Strong communication skills, reliable and confident in organisation
- Confident handling of data, documentation, and ERP/reporting tools is an advantage
- Practical experience in construction site, application, or production environment is an advantage
