Responsibilities:
You continuously maintain and assess supplier relationships.
You coordinate requirements, order quantities and deadlines with internal departments.
You analyse procurement costs and derive optimisation measures.
You clarify open orders, delays and deviations with suppliers.
You handle product groups taking the procurement market into account.
You prepare purchasing data for dashboards and reports.
You support production and logistics in ongoing material planning.
You assess technical issues with your expertise.
Qualifications:
Technical or commercial basic training with corresponding purchasing experience.
Several years of professional experience in strategic and operational procurement.
Ideally, you have further training in purchasing.
Very good Excel skills and routine with digital evaluation tools.
ERP experience, preferably in an industrial procurement environment.
Confident manner and negotiation skills in supplier contact.
Analytical thinking as well as a structured, independent working style.
Reliability and assertiveness in day-to-day business.
