Job Description

Work predominantly on-site in Horgen

First-level support
Handling daily service requests via the ticket system
Forwarding complex requests to second-level support
Second-level support
Maintenance and organisation of server rooms and IT equipment storage on-site
Procurement and setup of IT hardware such as laptops, desktops, and printers.
Support and maintenance of local conference room equipment
Coordination of third-party providers for on-site support
Remote Eyes & Hands for global IT teams:
Support with cybersecurity tasks such as patching and malware incidents
Participation in enterprise architecture by defining standards.
Troubleshooting local servers and networks (WLAN/LAN/WAN

Qualifications

Completed IT training or equivalent experience
Enjoyment & experience in IT support (1st and 2nd level)
Good knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and cybersecurity
High service orientation and diplomatic
Very good German and English skills
