• You are responsible for empowerment measures in the onboarding process, in change projects, as well as for educational offerings on specialist topics
• You create training materials, e-learnings, explanatory videos, etc. (D, F) and support the development of a knowledge platform
• You assist in the introduction of new methodologies and tools in the context of knowledge transfer
• You work closely with other specialist departments (e.g., HR Academy) and the headquarters in Zurich

• You have completed a commercial basic education and bring professional experience in the real estate industry
• You are familiar with the tools Salesforce, REM, and OnBase and are digitally savvy
• You have a high customer orientation as well as a pronounced understanding of processes and quality
• You communicate fluently in German and French, both orally and in writing
• You enjoy speaking in front of large groups and take pleasure in sharing your knowledge with others
