What is my role?

• Assuming the deputy team leadership during absences such as holidays, illness or training periods

• Ensuring a smooth production process while considering quality standards, punctuality and cost-effectiveness

• Planning and managing personnel deployment based on qualifications and current needs, also across team boundaries

• Contributing to the professional development and training of employees

• Identifying optimisation potentials and implementing them practically in processes and quality

• Investigating disruptions in the manufacturing process and initiating appropriate corrective measures

• Ensuring coverage of critical production areas during evening and night shifts

What do I need to be successful?

• A completed technical basic education in mechanical engineering or electronics, for example as a polymechanic, automation technician or a comparable qualification

• Some practical experience in a deputy role, coordination or leadership position in a production environment

• Ideally, successfully completed further training as a process specialist or technician

• Willingness to work flexibly in changing shifts (day, evening and night)

• Enjoy taking responsibility, acting independently and bringing a strong team spirit

• Enthusiasm for diverse tasks and aiming for development towards team leadership
