Your tasks:

Independent handling of residential, commercial and industrial buildings in planning and realisation as an all-rounder
Communication with clients, authorities and offices
Leading the planning team with coordination of specialist planners
Organisation and processing of CAD models, plan data and files
Plan processing from project development to completion within the team
Supporting site management or taking on site management as needed
Adhering to and monitoring requirements and objectives

Your profile:

Basic training in the construction industry with further education as an architect or construction technician
Experience in leading planning teams
Experience in execution and detailed planning
Interest in realisation and implementation
Goal-oriented, precise and solution-focused working style
Quick comprehension
