"Police Région Morges" carries out general police duties in the territories of Morges, Saint-Prex, Préverenges, Tolochenaz, Buchillon and Lussy-sur-Morges.
As part of the operation of the Administrative Police, we are looking, for a date to be agreed, for a positive, rigorous and committed person to strengthen the Commercial Police unit.
AN ADMINISTRATIVE EMPLOYEE AT 80%
Tasks:
"Attached to the Head of the Commercial Police and the Head of the Administrative Police, he/she assumes the administrative tasks related to the Commercial Police and simultaneously supports the Head of the Administrative Police in monitoring various correspondence related to the city of Morges. He/she also provides administrative support to the Signalling Service and replaces colleagues during their absences."
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the follow-up of various correspondence and requests between the City of Morges and the PRM.
- Proofread and format explanatory notes and draft minutes and various correspondence.
- Ensure internal administrative follow-up within the Commercial Police and provide occasional administrative support to the Signalling Service.
- Participate in meetings upon request.
- Carry out replacements assigned to the Commercial Police.
Desired profile:
- Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training.
- Experience in a public administration preferred.
- Excellent writing skills in French and ability to take minutes.
- Comfortable with IT tools, numbers and administrative tasks.
- Autonomy, rigour, organisational skills and ability to manage priorities.
- Ability to manage multiple interlocutors.
- Loyalty, availability, perseverance and impeccable discretion.
- Swiss or C Permit holder and resident in Switzerland.
