Introduction

We are a medium-sized manufacturing company in the plastics and foam processing industry, located on the upper Lake Zurich. For over 35 years, we have been offering our customers sophisticated packaging solutions. Our core competence lies in the design and production of durable container and case packaging, with or without foam inserts.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a professional and service-oriented personality for this varied and versatile position. You not only have an open ear for customer concerns but are also a great support in internal sales and purchasing.

 Your area of responsibility

• Order processing, including monitoring delivery dates
• Following up on offers
• Material purchasing and monitoring delivery dates
• Managing the telephone switchboard

Your profile
You are a reliable, cheerful personality with a solid commercial education (preferably Profile E) and professional experience in a comparable position.

Your mother tongue is German. If you have good French skills, this is a great advantage. You work independently and precisely. Good quality is important to you and you have a great interest in the overall process. In addition, you have a good grasp and technical flair. Good MS Office and IT skills, which you use daily, are essential. Are teamwork and good communication skills among your strengths? Do you enjoy working in a small, collegial team and is your working style exact and supportive?
