Ward Manager 80-100 % (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Professional and personnel management as well as organisation of the ward
• Ensuring high-quality and needs-based care
• Leadership, support and development of employees
• Planning and coordination of daily ward operations and staff deployment
• Promoting a respectful and constructive team culture
• Collaboration with internal and external specialist departments as well as relatives
• Ensuring and further developing care quality
• Active participation in care and taking on a role model function in daily care
• Application and implementation of RAI instruments in the care process

Your Profile

Essential requirements:

• Solid, several years of leadership experience
• Experience with RAI NH and RAI HC
• Empathetic leadership personality

Additionally, you have:

• A completed education as a qualified nurse HF/FH or an equivalent qualification
• Leadership skills and enjoyment in working with people
• A solution-oriented, structured and independent working style
• High social and communication skills
• A sense of responsibility and a pronounced understanding of quality
• Enjoyment in actively shaping change
