Special Education
To operationally and strategically strengthen the HR department, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed, experienced and well-connected individual as a Recruitment Specialist:
Tasks
- You will lead and coordinate the entire recruitment process and support managers and HR Business Partners in personnel acquisition.
- You will work closely with other HR staff and actively contribute your expertise to the team.
Profile
- Completed commercial training (Federal VET Diploma, EFZ) and further training as an HR specialist with a federal certificate or several years of professional experience in recruitment.
- Very good user knowledge of tools such as MS Office, Teams and preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
- High self- and social competence as well as the ability to quickly familiarise yourself with new IT systems.

About us
The Special Education Service Department of the City of Zurich operates the three municipal special schools (Curative Education School, School for Children and Young People with Physical and Multiple Disabilities, and School Focus Vision) and thus ensures specialised educational and therapeutic services for children and young people with special needs. The service department also includes the therapy specialist centres for speech therapy and psychomotor skills, the Educational Specialist Centre, as well as social work at special schools.
