Finance Clerk
Tasks
- You process goods invoices and manage the accounts payable workflow (KWF) in SAP
- You create payment runs and execute them punctually
- You handle the processing of Autobank and QR payments and resolve any open questions.
- You perform general ledger postings and reconcile various accounts
- You process incoming accounts payable reminders
- You are the contact person for assigned Prodega markets and an important support in posting for subsidiaries
- You correspond with customers via email and telephone
Requirements
- You have completed a commercial basic training
- Ideally, you have further training as a finance and accounting clerk
- Knowledge of French and Italian is an advantage
- You are proficient in MS Office programmes
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
- You have a flair for numbers and enjoy customer contact
