Senior Physician (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Independent senior medical management of the private ward, where patients from a wide age and diagnostic spectrum are treated, with a focus on "50 Plus and Privé"
• Interprofessional tandem leadership of the ward together with the nursing ward management
• Responsibility for diagnostics, therapy, treatment and counselling of predominantly supplementary insured patients
• Leadership, supervision and training of the medical-psychological team in a SIWF-certified training centre for geriatric psychiatry and psychotherapy
• Close cooperation with the internal medicine service of the clinic and the referring parties
• Participation in the senior medical on-call service for the entire clinic
• Collaboration in cross-centre committees
• If interested, participation in medical teaching at the University of Zurich and in the Joint Medical Master of the University of St. Gallen
• Opportunity for outpatient private medical practice

Your Profile

• You are a specialist in psychiatry and psychotherapy and have experience as a manager
• Enjoy working with people of a wide age range and in leadership roles
• Solid psychiatric and psychotherapeutic knowledge
• Openness to business management issues
• Interest in a long-term perspective as a senior physician in our clinic
• Willingness for interprofessional and interdisciplinary collaboration
