Certified Nursing Specialist HF/FH with a Focus on Dementia

In this exciting role

• you ensure professional and individual care and support for our residents, with a special focus on people with dementia.
• you contribute your expertise and experience in dementia care and design the daily care routine in a resource-oriented and person-centred way.
• you recognise changes in health status early and initiate appropriate measures together with the interprofessional team.
• you take responsibility for careful care planning, maintain nursing documentation, and ensure high-quality care.
• you accompany residents and their relatives with empathy and professionalism, providing security and orientation even in challenging situations.
• you work closely with professionals from nursing, care, and other areas and actively contribute to the further development of our care.

You will be successful here

• because you have training as a certified nursing specialist HF/FH or an equivalent foreign qualification with the required SRK recognition.
• because you have at least two years of professional experience and ideally already have experience in long-term care and especially in supporting people with dementia.
• because you enjoy professional and person-centred care and remain calm, attentive, and solution-oriented even in demanding situations.
• because you perceive the individual needs of people with dementia, strengthen their resources, and treat them with respect and appreciation.
• thanks to your high professional, social, and personal competence as well as your independent, structured, and reliable way of working.
